I used these guys to replace a toilet. Calvin was the tech and he did a great job. The price was very reasonable and that included taking my old toilet for the dump. Thank you. I will use you again for future plumbing needs.

Thank you so very much to Emily at Chad’s Water Works. She was able to take care of a dripping spigot in a bathtub in 15 minutes … from the time she arrived until her work was completed. Other plumbing businesses had been called to fix this situation yet somehow they couldn’t manage to do it or do it right making the situation worse over a ten month period of time. Emily was pleasant and professional as well as very competent in her work. Call Chad’s Water Works & request Emily the next time you have a plumbing situation. Thank you for your great service.

Russell Atyeo George Evean did an absolutely amazing job. Even went out of there way to make sure everything was perfect and wow they are hard working! I truly appreciate people that still work hard and have pride in there work. Kudos to there two. They are truly a boon to your work force!

They sent me a lovely lady named Emily Carter if I remember correctly. She did a wonderful job. She answered all my silly questions without making me feel silly and she honestly had the best attitude and customer service that I’ve seen in all my years. Hiring contractors and handy men alike she made me feel seen. I wouldn’t recommend anyone anywhere else. Chads waterworks is honestly the best !

Emily was wonderful! We had been having low water pressure. I had many questions and found her to be very knowledgeable and showed me how to avoid it happening in the future. Im having Chad's back to install new toilets. Very satisfied with their professionalism.

The service tech Caldwell was absolutely amazing. He was knowledgeable and provided excellent service. If there is another pluming problem in my home, I will be looking for Caldwell. -Thanks Chad Water Works
