Definitely will stay here again. The staff was super friendly and always had a smile on their face (not Jimmy's). The rooms were clean and spacious. Location was awesome! We were able to do late check out which was perfect. Highly recommend!

We got in on a Friday there is construction going on. They have no signs telling you where to go to check-in and where to park.. When we got to the room, my wife spilled some water on the floor when we cleaned it up the rag was all dirty. And we also found a black hair on the bathroom floor. On Sunday, we are down by the pool, relaxing. Three kids showed up with a Backpack pulled their swimming suits out and went into the bathroom and changed and started to swim in the pool, They were playing with one of the guests kids and they were throwing a patio brick in the pool and diving down for it, I went to the bar to complain. They came out and got the Brick from the kids, but they never kicked them out. So me and my wife proceeded to the hot tub where there were limes and pineapple all sorts of food all over the floor. I called the front desk for them to come down and clean it up and no one showed up. I called the next day after our Stay to complain to the manager and then he told me he could only offer me a discount for half of my Friday night stat. When I got the email for my refund, it was for $15.47. I just called to talk to them about this and of course I can’t get a Manager. This place is a joke. It is run horribly!

So we have stayed at charthouse a half dozen times and the last two times have been very disappointing. The time before last only one elevator worked which was inconvenient but doable. This time we just stayed (June 5th- 7th ) neither elevator worked upon arrival. We were on the fifth floor and had to carry all our luggage by hand up to the fifth floor. Anytime we had to go ANYWHERE we had to go up and down 5 flights of stairs. When I had said something to the check in woman I spoke with she told me, if I don't like it that she would refund my money and I could go somewhere else ( as if its that easy). Very rude and disrespectful. We are valued customers that spend alot of our time and money with the charthouse and are very disappointed with the way they treated us. Basically take it or leave its your choose.. not cool. Not sure if we will be staying their again....

ChartHouse exceeded expectations! The location is fantastic—within walking distance of local bars and restaurants, plus right across the street from the beach. What impressed me most was how clean and fresh everything felt, and the marina views are a real bonus. The property is well-maintained and perfectly positioned for exploring the area. Highly recommend for anyone looking to visit

The property itself is nice. However, you cannot sleep. Music is playing over the loud speaker all night. If you can sleep with that you won't have a problem. But running on 3-4 hours of interrupted sleep for a week makes it hard to enjoy your vacation.

Gorgeous hotel! Incredible views. Beautiful room and furniture. Lovely pool and Jimmy's Island Grill w delicious food. In the heart of Clearwater Beach! Close to Everything! 5 star! V Norton

Great location, close to restaurants and shopping. There is a restaurant downstairs, kitchen is open until 10pm but bar stays open u til midnight. Check in is on the second floor. Parking is $20 per night and across the street in a parking structure.
