Location is good, walkable to the beach and restaurants. Rooms are all new, however they were not finished well. Our bathroom floor tile was not fantastic and grout/plastic already coming up, door to bathroom did not close, there is no fan for the bathroom or shower area, air conditioner needed something weighted on it since it was not level and had quite a noise. Bed was extremely firm. Sad that there is no community coffee or water up front. At the time, price was great based on area.

We are on our honeymoon. My husband picked this hotel and it is fabulous. It's only been open since August. Jimmy's just opened for food last Friday. We cannot say enough great things about the Charthouse and Jimmy's. All staff goes out of their way to surprise you with the most excellent service. The room was immaculately spotless. Angie, you sure know how to hire the best people. Your leadership qualities are infectious to your staff. Mark, I mirror these comments to you as well. Erin and Melissa we love you. Suzie and Tommie

New hotel in a great location. Rooms are pretty good. Some of the work seemed a bit rushed? No breakfast yet. Right on the marina with its own slips.

The hotel is absolutely gorgeous. Amazing location on the water even my room that was city level type room. I even had a view of the water to the side. I was so excited!! I love the Jimmy Buffett themed restaurant and. The front desk is amazing !!! Looks like the back of a fishing yacht themed after Jimmy Buffett “Fins up”the hotel colors are gorgeous teals, blues and whites.. The rooms are very spacious and just beautifully decorated in the right way. I love that. It’s has that coastal clean aesthetic. I enjoyed staying here immensely. Everything was GREAT. Just a star because it was confusing to find out where to go for checking in. Need signs in lower garage where to go other than a 8x10 piece of paper taped to the elevator. VERY NICE PLACE AND STAFF. THANK YOU

We tried this brand new hotel last weekend. It's a very clean, well decorated and in a great location. Jimmy's bar is amazing with good food. We will definitely be back
