I had an excellent experience with Clog Kings. The hot water line was leaking and the water meter dial was literally spinning. I called them on Friday to ask for an estimate and got a call within half an hour. Josh was the plumber I spoke and he set up an appointment for a couple of hours away. Josh and Greg came and I walked them through the house to explain the issue. They both listened and gave me very good advice, didn't talk down to me and we came up with a couple of different solutions. I had a written estimate by the end of the day. Josh called me back and scheduled me for Monday morning. He said it might take a couple of days, but should only have to turn off the water for a short time on the second day. Monday morning, they showed up early, got to work right away. Everything went very smoothly and they respected that I work from home and kept the noise to a minimum, as much as possible. They also remembered I had a cat and were very careful to keep an eye out for her so she didn't get out. To my surprise, and theirs, they were done with my house by the afternoon and did not have come back a second day. The cleaned up before they left, and other than a fine dusting from the drywall, everything was the way they found it. I am very satisfied with their service and will absolutely use them again. Antonio Is the most professional, timely, patient, and awesome person to work with. Unfortunately, he had to fix someone else’s work. He explained everything, corrected it all, and did it in a fraction of the time the original person did it (and the prior person messed it up beyond explanation). So thankful for him!
