Silly (Sp?) arrived after calling me to tell me he would be a few minutes late due to his previous job. That's nice that he did that. He's a total professional. He listened to what I thought the problem was and where it was in the drain pipes of my home. I will ask for him again for my future plumbing needs.

I’ll start from the top, I just purchased this townhouse back in October and I just recently started having issues with my downstairs toilet overflowing whenever water anywhere in the house was turned on. It was a known issue in the community that we have tree roots growing into the pipelines however, HOA wouldn’t do anything until I had a licensed plumber come out. I called Clog Kings and they were able to get a technician out NEXT DAY! The technician that took my case was Timothy Mendez. He was literally the SWEETEST and so helpful to me and did everything in his power to help make sure the issue was reported as being outside of the house. He also went out of his way to chat with my neighbors and make sure things were reported to be an issue on their property as well. He walked down the row of our building looking for any other issues pertaining to the situation and just really went out of his way to help. He also explained everything to me that he was doing and walked me through his step by step process and allowed me to walk around with him and watch him take footage and would explain what he was doing and what he was seeing. Definitely the greatest experience I could ever ever had especially as a first time homeowner and now I have my first toilet fountain flood under my belt 😅 I really appreciate all of your help Tim!! I won't hesitate to call clog kings again for any of my sewer issues. Tim M. Was my service tech and I had him come for a clog on a apartment building I had an issue with. He found a pipe that fell down in the cleanout during buildings construction. After numerous trys unsuccessful I told him to give up because I thought it was going to have to be dug up. He said let me try again and boom he got it out. I thought it was impossible but he was able to figure it out
